Our energy efficiency division is currently seeking agents to complete the team!

Use your talents, while being well supervised, and be present for our consultants and our entire clientele by participating in the success of the company on a daily basis.

Here is an overview of the mandates that will be entrusted to you:

  • Take customer calls and assist with appointments;
  • Be responsible for client files, from creation to post-appointment follow-ups;
  • Be a first line responder to support the counselling team in the field on a daily basis.
You have:
  • A Diploma of Vocational Studies (DVS) in a relevant field;
  • Good spoken and written French and English (any other language an asset);
  • A good command of the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
  • Knowledge of building, construction, environment or energy efficiency (an asset).
You are :
  • One team player;
  • A good communicator;
  • Organized, meticulous and resourceful;
  • Able to work under the pressure of multiple incoming calls;
  • Empathetic and attentive.
