Financial assistance is available to carry out an energy analysis of the building(s), to install efficient equipment and to undertake a modernization, major renovation, expansion or construction project. We can act as your partner for the application process and throughout your project.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Who is this program for?<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Small businesses<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Medium-sized and large companies<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Agricultural businesses<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><strong>Energy analysis component<\/strong> &#8211; Financial support of up to $50,000:<\/p>\n\n<p>Our team of qualified specialists can carry out an energy audit of your building to obtain an accurate assessment of your building&#8217;s energy consumption. This can uncover opportunities to save and use energy more efficiently. Various measures will then be proposed to reduce your building&#8217;s energy consumption, and you&#8217;ll get an overall idea of the priority and cost-effectiveness of the proposed measures.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Financial support for the energy analysis component is provided in two instalments:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>First payment of 40% of eligible costs (up to a maximum of $20,000) following receipt of the analysis report and validation of compliance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Second payment of 60% of eligible costs (up to a maximum of $30,000) following implementation of one or more measures included in the report.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><strong>Efficient equipment section<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n<p>This component is the logical continuation of the Energy Analysis component, but can also be used independently. Using the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hydroquebec.com\/affaires\/economies-energie-entreprise\/solutions-efficaces\/outil-calcul-ose.html#:~:text=Plus%20de%20200%20mesures%20pour,de%20la%20demande%20de%20puissance.\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">OSE<\/a> tool provided by Hydro-Qu\u00e9bec, various financial supports are available to facilitate the implementation of energy efficiency measures, including those recommended in the Energy Analysis component. <\/p>\n\n<p>Overall, financial support for the efficient equipment component can be broken down as follows:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Up to 90% of eligible costs for small businesses (companies subject to G and Flex G rates)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>Up to 75% of eligible costs for medium and large companies (companies subject to other business rates, including G9, M, L and LG).<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Hydro-Qu\u00e9bec&#8217;sEfficient Solutions program enables companies with one or more commercial, institutional, industrial or agricultural buildings to obtain financial support for energy efficiency.
