It was designed to encourage the preservation and creation of affordable, accessible and energy efficient housing.<\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><u>MLI Select can give you access to the following flexibilities among others:<\/u><\/strong><\/h4>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>An increase in the loan-to-value ratio;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>An extension of your amortization period (up to 50 years);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A decrease in your down payment;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A decrease in minimum debt coverage ratios;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>And a reduction in your insurance premiums.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>Our team of qualified specialists can help you access program flexibilities as part of an energy efficiency assessment. The score varies according to different levels to be reached and certain criteria in each of the said categories.
