The Renoclimat program allows home and multi-unit owners to obtain an energy efficiency evaluation of their building, as well as financial assistance to proceed with energy-efficient renovations.

As part of the Renoclimat program, one of our accredited advisors will visit your home to characterize the insulation and mechanical system of the building, in addition to verifying the air tightness by means of a blower door test. All this information will allow the advisor to determine the energy performance of your home (using the EnerGuide rating system) and to give you personalized advice on possible energy efficiency improvements.

The advisor will also introduce you to the financial aid available for your energy-efficient renovation, such as

• of insulation work;
• of waterproofing work;
• installation or replacement of mechanical systems

The improvements made will improve your comfort and reduce your energy costs.
