We provide our customers with all the support, expertise and technical assistance they need to buy, take possession of, (re)sell and/or renovate a building.
We carry out detailed diagnoses and identify recommendations for you, the causes of a problem and/or highlight any defects.
In the event of a claim, we offer a complete inspection service, from component examination to laboratory analysis, to provide an external opinion as building science experts. A defect is said to be “hidden” when it is not apparent and cannot be detected by a cursory examination.
Our company has been involved in several hundred litigation cases. Some judgments rendered in which our firm acted as an expert have set a precedent, both in the Small Claims Court and in the Superior Court.
